DONATION INFORMATION

——————————————————————

Donations to help SPONSOR a Valencia County Animal Shelter dog or cat for transport to Colorado.

Each week since May 2020, we have been sending a van or two of dogs and cats to rescues in Colorado Springs. This has GREATLY decreased the need for euthanizing healthy animals because we have no space for them. As wonderful as this is, we do not have the money in the county budget this year to support the cost of health certificates, rabies vaccines, heartworm tests, exams and the fuel for the 800 mile round trip every Thursday.

We are asking for your help so we can continue to stay on track with these transfers. ANY amount helps but It is approximately $45-50 per animal and we are sending 20-35 each week.

All For Animals is a wonderful local non profit here in Valencia County and they have offered to have donations come directly through them so 100% of it is tax deductible and can go toward our transfer program.
