DUTIES OF THE PROBATE COURT

MISSION STATEMENT

1. To treat people with respect.

2. To make sure that my constituents are not clueless to probate matters.

3. And, to inform the public that the district courts have concurrent jurisdiction
 with the probate courts to all matters concerning informal probate.
