8:00AM to 4:30 PM ¤  Monday through Friday

Overview:

Duties and responsibility of this department is to review plans and issue building permits for county residential and commercial buildings, and to ensure that all buildings meet County, State and Federal Codes. Also, to issue Flood Plain certificates for buildings that may be located in flood plain areas according to FIRM (Federal Insurance Rate Maps) and FEMA guidelines.
